Anything involving drugs is a very serious matter to me. Drugs are the worst thing you can do to make you happy. Medicine is different though, unless you use your medicine the wrong way. If you overdose or abuse certain types of medicine the result can be very deadly. Medicine is not something you can play with, it is for when you are sick or hurt and not for overdose and using the medicine when you do not need it . That is considered To be turned from medicine to an illegal drug that can hurt you. Drugs are now spreading through high schools and now is being offered to younger kids in junior high and high schoolers. It has spread more and more through the younger kids. More and more people die from taking drugs every year. Kids are now being forced to take them just to say that they were cool and they did drugs. Now days people grow drugs in their homes and we call them plant houses. There is a lot of these places and more people are getting drugs for injuries and are abusing those drugs. Others are kids that every day some one tries drugs just to be cool. There are a lot of people out there that want to harm you by selling drugs to you. Those people do that for a living and make money off of that. The thing they do not know is that they are harming and killing dozens of people. The thing is that once you take a couple of drugs you become addicted and it is very hard to stop taking them.

Making Healthy Decisions

A part of being smart in life is to Make good decisions. Making good decisions is very important with your family. Another way to gain trust is to make the good decisions in life and do not choose the bad decisions. If it is going to a party or going to a family occasion you should most likely go to the family occasion. You really should not go to the party just to be cool and show up a couple of hours late to the family occasion. That is saying to your family that you do not care about them and you care more about your social status then your family. Another thing to chose over is the oh so nice hersheys bar or the healthy apple. You know which ones good for you but you do not necessarily pick the one that is good for you. It is always important to make good and healthy decisions when it comes to eating. The worst thing you can eat is basically anything at fast food places like Mcdonalds. The best thing to do is to by healthy things at the grociery store and make your own food. The great thing about making your own food is that you know what you are eating and you know all the bad stuff that is going into your mouth. In life one bad decision can ruin your whole life that is why you should always make good decisions, because you never know when that one bad decision will come back and haunt your life forever.

Building Responsible Relationships

Building responsible relationships is an important factor when you are in a relationship, and is also important with your family. If and when you are in a relationship with someone it is important to trust one another. It is important with your family because you always want to know that your family i with you one hundred percent. It is always important to be responsible to your family. In that i am saying to always be on time to things, no late night parties, and to always be polite to your family. To gain your families trust you will have to be responsible and show that you are mature. When you are going out with some one it is important to be responsible. You should always be nice and mature, never drink at parties and always stay safe. You should also be mature and get to know the person really well and then you should take the next step forward. It is always important to be able to talk to your parents or other family members when you are in a time of need. You need to have that trust when some thing is happening to you and you need help, and you know you can talk to your parents for trust. Building responsible relationships is very important when it comes to family and Going out with someone.

Health and Environment

Health and Environment is very important to everyday living. To stay healthy you need a good environment to live in. To have a good environment, it has to take everyone in this world to contribute to good living. For example when a see a piece of paper on the floor or any kind of trash on the floor, have the courtesy to pick it up and throw it away. In this cruel world about ninety five percent of people would just pass up some trash in their neighborhood without even taking a second look. All of that trash that people don’t pick up goes into our clean oceans and ruins our beaches. When you go to beaches, you look on the ground and you will find that the sand is filled with trash. What i am talking about is pollution. Pollution is the main cause for global warming and other things. You want to know something, we are responsible for Global Warming, we made this planet dirty. It has been proved that the United States is the worlds most polluted country. The Primary cause for this pollution is the trillions of cars that this nation has. The United States has the most cars that are driven every day, by a long shot. Cars are the worst kind of pollution in this world. HoweverHyundia and other car companies are make the Hybrid Cars. The Hybrid cars are better than any original car, because it has better fuel efficiency and does not use the same raw materials that pollute the air like the regular cars do. There are numerous things that you can do to help our environment, and it may be something little, but a lot of little things make one big help.

Safety

           Safety is one of the most important rules in life to staying safe and unharmed.   There are a lot of things keeping you safe every day including cops, fire men, and even road signs.  Road signs are very important to keeping you safe.  If there were no stop signs or street lights cars would be crashing left and right.  Police men also play a big role in safety.  The police keep you safe from robbers, murderers, rapist, and kidnappers.  Safety is found every where.  When ever you buy a car you should always look at the crash test rating.  If it has four or five stars its a safe car then.  Safety is also listed on food labels.  That is for if you are allergic to something it will say if its in there.  In fact internet safety needs the most help to improve.  Infact there are a lot of sexual predators out there that say there kids and they are not. Usually they are on myspace or other blogging websites and become the kids friend.  Then they agree to meet some where, and thats when everything goes wrong.  However, People are making life safe every day and it is also your job to help keep the world safe.   Unfortuanately, there are some bad people in this world, people who would do bad things just to get what they want and usually they harm the good people who do nothing wrong.

Tobacco

Tobacco is extremely bad for you and is addicting. Smoking is one of the leading causes for deaths in the United States. Tobacco is in this leading cause which leads to lung cancer which is fatal. Lung cancer is created by all the tar that builds up after smoking a lot. There is no suprise when I say that smoking is the cause of one in five deaths in the United States. In fact smoking is the cause of four hundred thousand deaths a year. That is more than the people killed by alcohol, car accidents, aids, fires, suicide, homicide, and illegal drug use all combined. also ninety percent of adult smokers now started before they were eighteen years old and are still smoking. Smoking is one of the most addicting substances you can find. It is extremely hard for people to stop mainly because its to hard or things start to happen to them after they stop. This is because they are dependent on smoking and if they stop they will have bad reactions and always feeling sick for about a month. By that time most people go back to smoking.  Cigarettes contain about four thousand.  The worst chemicals are nicotine which is a deadly poison, arsenic which is used in rat poison, Butane which is lighter fluid, Methane a componet of rocket feul, Ammonia which is used in floor clearners, Cadmium which is used in batteries, Carbon Monoxide a part of a car exhaust, Formaldehyde which is used to preserve boy tissue, and Hydrogen Cyanide which is the poison used in gas chambers.  There are also many other chemicals in cigarettes. Thats why cigarettes and tobacco are so bad.  Its basically saying can you please come and kill me.

Alcohol

Alcohol may seem cool, but it can seriously hurt you.  Alcohol can become very addictive and once your addicted you become an alcoholic.  Alcoholism can really hurt your body and cut you out of many years of your life.  There is a group that can help these people and its called alcohol anonymous where you in a group and talk about how alcohol has hurt you and that its a bad habit.  When you drink alcohol and get drunk many things can happen.  You make stupid decisions when your drunk and those decisions can sometimes cause a life to be lost or someone being hurt.  Drunk driving is the worst place for drunk drivers, because they can be killed or most of the time kill others who are not drunk and haven’t done anything.  Drunk driving is on a slow decrease and in twenty three states they have increased in twenty one states and stayed the same in six states.  These statistics still need to decline because to many people are being killed by something that can easily be taken away and controlled. If you ever drinking like at a bar and are really drunk, try to ask someone if they will give you a ride home.

Stress Management

Stress Management can play a big factor in your life.  Stress affects many people, but it hits teenagers the hardest.  Teenagers have a hard time because people expect them to become a adult and be responsible, but that is a big change for teenagers.  Teenagers have the stress of getting their first job, doing school work, trying to get into a college, and most of all turning into a responsible adult.  However stress affects everyone and can come with the death of a family member, the birth of a baby, a new relationship, a job promotion, or as we make changes to our lives.  yoga and meditating proves to release and releave your stress.  This website below shows one hundred and one ways to reduce stress in your life.  Most of these are good ways to reduce stress or even prevent it.  Stress can also add on to your problems, like having a hurt leg.  If your stressed and worried about things you leg will most likely hurt you even more and your muscles will tighten and that should be a good motive just to relax and to not to worry about anything.
